Now that you are an Accredited Cannabis Banking Professional, it is important to maintain your credential with continuing education. Below is information on how to maintain your CBP designation, including earning and filing accredited cannabis education credits (ACEs).

When to File
The CBP certification is good for two years and if you receive your CBP from ACBA, you do not need to do any further education until two years when your CBP expires (at which point you will have the option to renew for another two years).

Ways to Earn Credits
There are many types of educational activities that count toward accreditation renewal. Below are a few examples:
Attend a professional seminar or training, such as those being offered through ACBA and it’s affiliates
Publish an article, book or paper on a cannabis banking topic
Teach a course or seminar on a cannabis banking topic
