About ACB Accreditation

Continuing Education Credits
The Association for Cannabis Banking (ACB) is committed to providing relevant, practical education for banking professionals. Select ACB programs may be eligible for continuing education consideration for professionals maintaining the following credentials: AAP, CRCM, CAFP, CERP, and CBAP.

Because continuing education requirements vary by credentialing body and by program content, participants should review the applicable renewal guidelines and confirm eligibility with their certifying organization as needed.

Where applicable, ACB will note the instructional hours and subject matter covered for each program to assist attendees in documenting potential credit. At the end of each webinar and certification, a certificate of completion will be available to download and submit to the accreditation

Many ACB programs are designed to support professionals seeking continuing education that may be relevant for ABA professional certifications, depending on the subject matter and the ABA’s current reporting requirements.

Participants should review their specific certification standards, as acceptance of credit is determined by the American Bankers Association and not by ACB.

Accreditation: CRCM, CAFP, CERP, CFMP

Many ACB programs may be relevant for professionals maintaining ICBA certifications, and ICBA’s guide indicates that non-ICBA training may be submitted for CPE consideration when it is relevant to the certification and properly documented. Acceptance is ultimately determined by ICBA under its current rules.

Read the specific requirements for ICBA here.

Accreditation: CBAP, CCBRS, BCCP

ACB programs may be relevant for professionals maintaining Nacha accreditations such as AAP, APRP, or AFPP, depending on the topic and Nacha’s current continuing education rules.

Nacha notes that live webinars may be eligible while recorded webinars are not, so acceptance is ultimately determined by Nacha under its current requirements.
